The Solution
We met at the Stewart Indian school in Carson City. Mom did an amazing job finding and pulling patterns and details into everyone’s outfits that reflected Dad’s Washoe heritage.
This location was perfect to connect their story with their heritage. Dad’s grandmother worked in the Post Office at this historic location so it was special to create a moment where grandparents got to tell their grand children about their ancestors and create a photograph to connect them all together. The people, places and moments that connect us are so incredibly special and powerful.
I’ve known this family since before these two were married and it brings me so much joy getting to watch their littles grow and their family thrive.
